Jared Tucker is a first-generation college graduate from Fate, Texas. He obtained a bachelor's degree from George Washington University where he studied international affairs and psychology. Jared is a management consultant and has supported several public sector agencies including the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Agency for International Development, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. He spent a year in Senegal as a David L. Boren Scholar studying foreign languages, teaching English, and interning for an African peace studies think-tank. In his free time, he enjoys training for triathlons and watching movies at the cinema. His languages include French, Arabic, and Wolof.
