Enya Nava Delgado
Operations and Program Manager
Enya Nava Delgado serves as the Operations and Program Manager for the Center for Contemporary Arab Studies (CCAS) and the Institute for the Study of International Migration (ISIM). In this role, she manages the implementation of Title VI activities, oversees financial transactions related to grants, and supports both the academic year and summer FLAS application processes. Her expertise includes coordinating with internal and external partners, ensuring effective data collection, and preparing for grant cycles. Additionally, she manages CCAS's daily operations, financial documentation, and the procurement of essential resources.
Enya holds a Master of Professional Studies (MPS) in Applied Intelligence, specializing in Homeland Security, from Georgetown University. Throughout her studies, she developed a data-driven approach to analyzing the misappropriation of nonprofit funds in the Middle East and completed a capstone project focused on intelligence assessments related to terrorist scenarios. Additionally, she earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in International Relations with Honors from the University of the Americas Puebla in Mexico.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Enya has a diverse professional background that includes roles as an NRC and Operations Support Associate at CCAS, a research assistant in criminal justice, and a Spanish language consultant. Her published work features contributions to the Global Index of Impunity in Mexico, where she explored the intersection of impunity, security, and human rights. Furthermore, Enya collaborated on the creation of a mini-documentary on irregular migration between the United States and Latin American countries, highlighting the stories of the people and places involved in this journey.
