Paul graduated from George Washington University with a B.A. in International Affairs with a concentration in Conflict Resolution. Prior to that, Paul served in the U.S. Army for seven years where he deployed to the Middle East as a part of a joint interagency task force. Since graduating in 2015, Paul has worked on peacebuilding, stabilization, and early recovery programs in Libya, Syria, Yemen, and Iraq.
