Congratulations to this year’s cohort of students who completed the Undergraduate Arab Studies Certificate at CCAS and presented their research at last week’s colloquium!
The Center for Contemporary Arab studies offers a Certificate of Arab Studies at both the graduate and undergraduate level. As part of the undergraduate certificate program, students write a capstone research paper in conjunction with the class “Understanding the Arab World,” which was taught by CCAS Professor Danial Neep during the 2017-2018 academic year.
This year five seniors completed the Arab Studies Undergraduate Certificate program and presented their capstone papers in a colloquium on April 13, 2018. Dr. Fida Adely, Academic Director at CCAS, gave the opening remarks. We are pleased to congratulate this year’s cohort on their excellent research projects and presentations:
