Publications and Research

The academic program of CCAS draws on the talents and expertise of faculty who design innovative courses and engage in ground-breaking research on the politics, socio-economics, cultures, and history of the region. Additionally, the CCAS program publishes original work on key issues in the modern Arab world, often addressing subjects about which there is either an absence of reliable information and analysis or a lack of up-to-date scholarship.

The CCAS Publications Program publishes original work on key issues in the modern Arab world, often addressing subjects about which there is either an absence of reliable information and analysis or a lack of up-to-date scholarship. It aims to reach as wide an audience as possible and to publish material representing a broad variety of disciplines and points of view. Many of the Center’s publications are based on papers given at the symposia and lectures it sponsors.
