The Center for Contemporary Arab Studies (CCAS) seeks an Events Coordinator to plan, execute and manage all CCAS events, including its public, academic, alumni/development and private events. Duties will include initiating, preparing and finalizing all correspondence, logistical arrangements, marketing/advertising, initiating contracts and paying vendors. Experience in and knowledge of the Arab world required; Arabic skills preferred. Must possess highly polished organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, social media savvy, attention to detail and ability to handle complex, multiple logistic arrangements in a fast-paced office. A Bachelor's degree and at least two years experience in event planning required. Preference for candidates who are able to start in the very near term.
