Ms. Parker joined CCAS in January 2009 after working as a program manager with the Institute of International Education and as an assistant language teacher with the JET Program in Japan. Ms. Parker holds a B.A. in history from the University of Virginia and an M.A. in Near and Middle Eastern studies from SOAS, where she focused on Iraqi land law during the late Ottoman period and the British Mandate.
