Dina Amin

Dina Amin organized a panel at the annual meeting of the Middle East Studies Association entitled “Theater and Society: The Poetics of War,” reflecting on theatrical expression in the Arab world and among Arab-Americans, and focusing on how Arab and Arab-American theatrical discourse connects and diverges. Her paper, on “Dramatic Articulations of (Anti-)War Fantasies” and those of other panelists were very well received. The panelists were invited to publish some of the papers in the MESA Bulletin.
