Originally from China, Siqi graduated from Wellesley College magna cum laude in 2015 with double degrees in International Relations-Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies. She has spent two summers in Rabat, Morocco improving her Arabic language as well as interning at the Center for Cross Cultural Learning. During her senior year, Siqi wrote her honors thesis on China’s soft power in the Arab World through higher educational exchange. In her free time, Siqi enjoys language learning, different forms of Arabic dancing, piano, and traveling.
